The vineyard also produces four sustainably grown olive oils: natural, lemon, rosemary-basil, and garlic.
Cassata who purchased his vineyard in 2002, farms bio-sustainably with plants, animals, and nature working together. Cassata said, “We believe in creating excellence through sustainable winemaking practices. This ensures that the vineyard and its environment can continue to produce wines for future generations and is the ultimate in sustainability”.
The wine tasting room will be on an invitation-only basis for 12 guests or less and feature small plates and host-led wine pairings with a variety of local Chefs showcasing their talents. Guests will be able to visit the vineyard virtually with a video presentation and enjoy exquisite food and wine from California. The room will also be available for small private events. There is seating both inside and outside.
